I have the Esteem- ErectAid System........
MY Doc's Protocol is as follows :
Pump for 3 seconds hold for 10 then release
Pump for 6 seconds hold for 10 then release
Pump for 10 seconds hold for 10 then release
Pump to Fully Engorge Penis hold for 3 minutes then release
Pump to Fully Engorge Penis hold for 5 minutes then release
This is to be done twice per day and takes about 15 minutes.............

My problem is something discussed here a lot......What is FULLY ENGORGED ??
I think I'm pumping too much as my friend turns purplish and I pump till it hurts a bit then pull back. I tend to overdue everything..

Does anyone use this device and can explain how much to pump ?? I'd like to do as much as possible but am afraid I might do damage.......

Yeah don't do that with peyronies.

Read up the one cylinder protocol in the VED subforum.
Top out at max 30% of full erection. No pain or purple skin, please :)

You want to gently stretch tissue and increase blood flow. Not brute force your penis to submission.
