Title: Twice daily - Morning VED session is always worse
Post by: thegreycat on June 22, 2023, 09:03:20 AM
Upped my VED sessions to twice daily around 7 weeks ago.

I've noticed that my morning session, which I do as soon as I get out of bed, is often pretty bad in terms of the time it takes to reach full engorgement in the cylinder and the amount of stretch/expansion that I acheive. I get fairly regular and active nocturnal erections so I would have thought the tissues would be fairly malleable.

In contrast, my evening sessions are much, much, better. I acheive full engorgement much faster, I reach a larger size, I get a better feeling of a stretch, I fill much more of the tube etc etc.

I follow the exact same protocol for each session.

During my evening VED sessions, I continue to make progress, expanding more and more as the weeks go on, and with my problem areas filling out a little more.

So, I'm looking for suggestions on how I can make my morning VED sessions more productive, because if I'm being honest, it feels like a bit of a waste of time to just go through the motions if I'm not getting any benefit.

Thanks

heat your penis up first? Thats why I do before any session and after. Are you turtling after your sessions?

Tried with a heated rice sock for 5 mins pre-session, no effect.

Really strange, it's almost like it's made of rubber first thing in the morning.

No turtling no.

I always use heat before using VED for about 10 minutes. Maybe try it for a little longer.

I am thinking in the lens of an athlete- it takes the body 2 to 3 hours to be fully "awake" in the morning. Athletes that workout first thing find it takes longer to warm up vs. the afternoon. This may be similar when dealing with blood flow and activating muscles. While the results may be mildly different in the moment, I suppose the expectations during should but the overall results could still be a net positive.
