Title: Has any one experience the plaque move from the top to the base?

Age – 47
Age at onset of Peyronies Disease - 44

Very First Symptoms - It would be pain full during erection only. I found two small lumps near the tip under the head. Saw GP and was referred to specialist and diagnosed with Peyronies Disease. This was in 2015. At first it was just pain full but then noticed the head would not fully inflate. Hour glass effect below the head and lost 2 inch in length. It bothered me so much as they told me there is nothing they can do when it is that high up. I had the camera twice down the shaft and like you will know hurt like hell. Nothing they could find other than Peyronies Disease. It got to a point where I was 3 inches shorted all fat then nothing at the top. I got pissed off and started to squeeze hard at the base. One day I heard this pop just like cracking your knuckles and the plaque moved down. It is now worked its way almost to the base. I am about 70 degrees now and intercourse hurts. The diameter is now half the size of the base. No hour glass effect but 2/3 of the length is now thin and curved up.
Note: This was after I had embolization of both varicocele in 2013. Downhill ever since. Use to be pain full after ejaculation only then the pain started as per above.

My Peyronies Disease progression, Treatments (in order), Doctors, Psychological Stages, observable changes - Vitamin E and I have tried after reading using an ultrasonic tooth brush back of the head on the plaque. It has reduced the size of the plaque and took me up to 50 degrees. I stopped using it and now back to 70 degrees.

Where I am today, future plans -  peed off and giving up. Do not want to go down the road of an operation.
