My urologist and doctor believe I have Peyronie's, because of 6 months of burning pain in the left side of my penis. When my penis is erect there appears to be little to no curvature, but I can say it looks slightly different, not sure how, but I can tell...
I'm wondering if anyone knows, roughly, what percentage of men don't develop a curve or hourglass?
I have a nasty curve upward of about 75-80%. At the beginning of last year, it was a solid 90% but either the Pentox and/or the increased testosterone or time, etc. seem to have improved it.
I have the slightest hour glass deformity but unless I'm erect and look very closely, you really can't see. And as far as I can tell, I have not lost any length or width. So thank God for that.
I'm remaining hopeful.
I have a question about curvature. I haven't seen any real change when erect, but it does seem to pull more to the left when flaccid, in the direction of the pain, does that mean I'll start curving left when erect? :-\
Can't speculate. Peyronies affects everyone differenlty. It could stablize, or could progress. So just can't say if it will get worse or not.

I will second lwillisjr regarding predictions.
Personally I think the only medication that can prevent the disease to progress in Pentox.

I'm pretty sure I have Peyronie's now, as I see deformation in the erect shaft... Sigh... I'll still go and get ultrasounds, when I get insurance, but yeah...
Here's a picture showing the progression...

From the drawing bellow can't see curvature, you had also said that :)
As I wrote before, stick to 3*400mg Pentox a day, you will have good chance that it will not progress.
James
James, I sure hope you're right. I hope it stops the progression and reverses the distortions.
