i have peyronie symptoms like narrowing but i dont have palable lump or curved penis
the erection was good but last wednesday when i was checked my penis and rubbing the shaft with my hand suddenly i feel i get numbness and loss os feeling in the left side of my penis and now i cant mantain any erection
does i hit a nerve or what and if that will i be ok or what ?

I would really suggest you visit a Urologist and discuss your symptoms with him. There's just no way for us to give you any sort of diagnosis online. No matter what, it sounds like you need a period of rest. I know from experience that when we obsess and panic, there's no way we're going to have normal erections.
Again, I think you'll feel much better and know more by seeing a doctor.
