I recently had a coloplast titan put in but I'm thinking about getting a revision to the ams lgx. My question is does the ams lgx expand in length more than the coloplast titan?
May I ask why are you unhappy with your titan and your age ? Titan seems to be recommended if there is scarring which there is in most of us here and young age.If everything is working and you are able to have sex... I would wait for this one to wear out before a revision.
I just don't like it.
Please be more specific what you don't like and how do you know you will like the ams lgx once it's in you ?

I notice you did not find the forum until AFTER your implant. We really need much more info. Maybe it is not the Titan you don't like at all. Maybe it is the surgeon. You could have improper sizing or stacked RTE's etc.
The LGX does expand in length, but that mostly means you have a more natural smaller flaccid because it shortens when deflated. Laying implants on a table and inflating them, the LGX can get more length, but the Titan can get more girth. What an implant does on a table does not translate to what it is apt to do in your body.
The Titan is much more stable from bending when inflated. It also has a smaller, more rounded pump. However, neither of them will increase your length or girth much beyond your natural size, even with a GREAT surgeon and a lot of cycling.
Generally, girth means more to most women than length. Alibaba had an LGX first and a Titan 2nd and far preferred the Titan.
