So I have a straight penis however have been suffering erectile dysfunction for the last 3 years. I am 22.
There is scar tissue in the center of my dick apparently.
My doctor initially put me on pentoxy and cialis and we monitored using ultrasound.
I just saw him this morning and it seems there has been no improvement at all with plaque still there.
At this point he recommends xiaflex.
He says most doctors do it improperly and it needs to be done under ultrasound guidance. With it being done that way the odds of a negative side effect are virtually nil.
For me cost is not an issue, my main concern is if I can come out of the injections with worse erections than when I started.
If the chances of this are low then I am willing to try it out.
If anyone has had improvements/worsening of erections please share your experiences.
