Yeah.

Would you have got better results in the acute phase with treatment? Most likely. Does that mean treatments don't work in the stable phase? Nope.

If your plaque has calcified however, it may be a different story. Though this only happens to a fraction of men with peyronies, even after stabilisation.

Practically all treatments, including Xiaflex, are targeted for use after stabilization. Research on acute phase treatments are relatively sparse, but increasing.

The topic asks my question. Does Xiaflex still work after stabilization?

What other methods/ treatmenrs work after stabilization?

I don't know if it works the same for peyronie's but you can also add Vitamin K2 MK7, it helps remove calcium deposits from the arteries and tissues.

Penile Implants / Re: Suppleness and softness.

Hello again Hawk.

Well.....again a lot of hope based on your reply.

I believe I do get a lot of contraction as you mention and it seems when this occurs, it's the most discomfort.

Good to know the cylinders place a constant pressure..... hopefully this will result in less contracting and less discomfort.

I also hope the AMS, as it is advertised to do, provides a more natural feel.....after experiencing long term discomfort, this is very important to me personally.

Once again Hawk thank you.

3/21/24 9 days post op
My follow up appointment was today.
Dr. Karpman said everything is healing great and the pump isn't connected to the scrotum wall. I'm very thankful and now moving to daily cycling.
I didn't realize how I would feel the reservoir when it's full. It makes sense since I've never had it filled up, just a new feeling.

From my experience it does take some time with supplements to raise your levels. The sun works wonders though :)

Thank you guys for the great advices and information, I got myself the makeup pad for using restorex, and it's helping a lot.
And I'm now sticking to straight stretching since I realized that it's more effective on the curve and more comfortable than forcing to do counter-bending.
I will keep updating the progress.

Interesting. I've just started Chanca Piedra and Magnesium (because Chanca Piedra is quite constipating). I'll add some Braggs apple cider vinegar to my daily program and hope for the best. Thanks. I've seen Chanca Piedra topical, but it's expensive.

Quote from: tsp on March 21, 2024, 09:40:16 AMI wasn't aware of first generation devices being better for Peyronie's. Peyronie's plaque responds to large forces - which the first generation devices are unable to provide.

What I meant is that assume there are 30 men using a 1st generation traction device for their peyronies disease.
If 10 of those men had an upward curve, whereas the other 20 had curves in a different direction, the 10 men who had an upward curve would likely get better results than the other 20 men, due to upward curves responding better to straight traction than curves in other directions.

I was not trying to imply any superiority of 1st gen devices over 2nd gen.
