PDS Newbies (Members with less than 6 posts) have been unable to post for several days. I apologize for the inconvenience. Without going into extensive detail, I created the problem when I was attempting to make other restrictions. I was not even aware of the issue for a couple of days until a few Newbies started PMing us about their problem.
I successfully made a post with a test account to confirm that it is fixed.
