Title: Thank you all
Post by: abc3 on April 04, 2021, 11:40:39 AM
I've been a lurker on here for a while but thought I'd introduce myself just to say thank you so much for making and maintaining this board....it's such a brilliant and hopeful effort for all people going through the darkness of such personal issues like these.

I'm 34 and from the UK. I don't have Peyronie's, but suffered an atypical fracture injury aged 19 which went undiagnosed and got worse and worse over time - the following string of doctors shrugging their shoulders led me to have a nervous breakdown from which i've never recovered.

My main motivation is education and prevention, as I believe in making sure future generations receive a better understanding about how fragile an erect penis can be and that they don't just receive an STD based sexual education (i'll post something about that education/prevention aspect a bit later).

But can I just say again thank you so much to all of you who make this kind of board possible, you're all heroes

Welcome Abc3! Hawk is the main creator and overseer of this forum.  All newbies should first read and read again the survival guide --->https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057  .  This gives you are more in-depth view and understanding surrounding peyronies.  This forum has a great bunch of guys who all have their own story to tell. You can do a global search that will probably answer some of your immediate questions .  Then finally you should go into your profile and fill in your signature line. With so many members it is difficult to remember exactly your current condition and treatments.  :)  Mike

ABC3, Welcome to the forum.

Thank you for expressing appreciation. Your words do not go unnoticed.  To keep a forum running for years you have to learn to cling to the success stories, the messages of gratitude, and just let the criticism roll off of your back.

Keep us posted and let us know if we can help you in any way.
