Title: Could this be peyroniees getting worse?
Post by: lostaether on October 04, 2017, 11:48:36 PM
Hi all,
I have peyronees, with 55º up and 35º left, 1/3 from the base.
I have it since 2010. It has been mostly stable. It might have got slightly worse at some point, but if so very little. At some point I thought about xiaflex, but since I can actually have decent sex still, I ended up not doing it. 3-4 years ago - last time I checked - I didn't have any calcification.
Now I am however concerned. I have some discomfort already since a few days, in an area close to the place. I didn't feel any pain during sex, I don't have pain during the erection nor while I press the area.  But I do feel some discomfort/light pain in that area other times, namely after erections.
I'm presently doing an anti-inflamattory and vitamine E. That's basically what the doctor here recommended when I got peyroniees, so I'm pretty sure he wouldn't recommend anything else now.
I'm however worried that this pain could be my peyronee might be getting worse...I keep telling myself that without erection pain it's probably not it...but...I don't need to explain to anybody here how worried one gets...
