Been on Pentox since may (400 3/day).
It has made me nauseous all day every day. Hard to eat.
Also often makes heart kind of flutter or palpitate.
Anyone else experience constant nausea? What if anything can you do about it.

I take pentox 400 mg 2x and I do not feel the symptoms that you described, but I feel a heartburn that somehow leaves me with no appetite.
Def take with food. If no help consider halving the dose and see if that's tolerable and slowly up the dose.
