I hope that you are doing well. I am a 21 year old male that has had issues for going on two months now. After sex, I noticed a bruise on the side of my shaft (there was no pop or immediate pain). While I have had a variety of odd aches and discomforts in the area since the beginning, my greatest concern is the development of Peyronie's. Since the bruise, pretty much hours after the incident, my penis shifted towards the right (from the base of the shaft, it simply twisted). I have no issues penetrating during sex to date, but I worry that the curve is getting worse. My urologist has said that nothing can be done, and does not believe that I have Peyronie's in the "traditional sense" as you have described in previous posts. He says that as long as I can penetrate, I am fine. Personally, I am fine with the curve as is, but would like to reduce the risk of an increased curve. It is difficult to tell whether my curve has gotten worse over the 2 months, as I did not take photos when erect during the initial stages. Though, just from looking, I have reason to believe it has increased slightly.
While it is likely improbable for me to pursue traction, as I am approaching 3 months in, I am wondering if you are at all informed on L-Citrulline supplementation, Coq10, or Vitamin E. I am looking for over-the-counter supplements that may be able to help. I have read most studies available online, but I was wondering if you had any extra insight on the subject matter-- specifically L-Citrulline (this is the supplement I am most likely to take). Is there any specific amount of L-Citrulline I can take? Am I able to take it consistently forever? Should I stick to a month of taking it? I'm just spitballing here, I understand that it is simply an extra amino acid, but there does not seem to be much available info regarding dosage. It seems to benefit exercise capabilities, and because I work out a lot, I was actually just interested in it as a workout supplement.

Vitamin E is considered by most here and all Peyronies Disease specialists as pretty harmless but a total waste of time and money.
There is no question that Citrulline DOES promote artery dilation and circulation throughout the body, including the penis. It is heavily used as a supplement by athletes and others with a good safety & tolerance record. However, it can have a few annoying side effects on an empty stomach for some people. By itself, it is highly unlikely to correct a penile deformity. It can promote erections and circulation that can benefit penile health.
Again, CoQ10 is a highly documented, commonly used food nutritional supplement with no dangerous side-effects that many take for general and heart health.
These supplements are not cures or stand-alone treatments for Peyronies Disease, but data suggests the risk to possible benefit make them a good addition to other treatments.
