I am currently on pentox 3x and 2.5mg cialis daily.
This morning i woke up with a really engorged penis, as i was having an erotic dream. It was engorged alot more than usual with alot of girth. Not entirely rigid as it felt like there was maybe too much blood down there even around my testies. However i do remember waking up before during the night 1 or 2 times with less or no erection, so i can say it wasnt lasting all night. I immediately jumped in the shower and it slowly went down, but would come back so i kept repeating cold water and then it mostly went away. I know I felt horny so i decided to masturbate and it was quick. Erection went away but it still felt like my penis was engorged like never before, there wasnt really any pain, maybe some slight numbness i think. Does anyone think this is a problem?
