Title: How do I know I am getting correct penimaster package?

Things all over the place online, basic package, pro, pro with extenders, blah, blah. Which thing should I prder?

The complete system allows you to use the rod system OR belt system.  Only the belt/strap system can be worn under clothes.  If I were to get only one, it would've the strap system, but the complete gives you both options.  Also, the ESL 40 is a similar inexpensive option.
