I've been doing following the protocol, going slowly and doing LESS than a slight discomfort, however i can't seem to use the VED treatment without getting burst capillaries/ red dots only at the site of my scar tissue.
I do not get red dots anywhere else.
Am i still going too hard? Is this normal when first starting this treatment?
Everyone's skin have different sensitivity.
I am proposing you to reduce the pressure and see if it is OK
James
James, thanks.
I'm following the protocol using about 3-6 hg of pressure... and only holding that pressure for a max of 30 seconds before SLOWLY increasing back to between 3-6... No more than 10-15 mins MAX.
I just don't get why this keeps happening? It's so light... That's a really really light routine.
I'm not getting any red dots but I have just started the one cylinder protocol and I'm having a problem. After only applying a small amount of pressure I soon get almost a full erection. I would say that these erections are "assisted" by the vacuum pressure but when I release the pressure my erection is maintained as what I am guessing is a natural erection. This is a problem because over the course of 15 minutes I can only do a handful of pumps as I don't want to be too erect and cause any lasting damage.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Yes, initially I think due to the new sensations. After a few weeks the erections weren't an issue.
From time to time I had some small dots while doing VED
I think it was always from over pressure.
If I was stopping for a few days, the dots were gone.

You are doing the correct thing
If those erections are on, don't pump again until the erection is gone.
Erections are caused by blood flow, an if you have it already, don't need to force blood flow with VED until the erection is gone

Thanks James and sanchez. I realise now that it was just user error and I wasn't releasing the pressure all the way. Thanks for the replies though.
