Title: Pentox dosage and duration — what’s best practice?

I was prescribed 400mg twice per day along with 5mg Cialis.  I also take arginine and vitamin e (annato tocotrienols).

My question is what best practice is for

A) dosage. I have seen many on this board take 3 pills per day not the 2 I was prescribed

B) duration. My urologist gave me three months but on this board I have seen folks take longer.

Is there a consensus on best practice here from the top doctors? What do other folks think?

Seems like it's all working ok by the way — not much progression thus far.

Be careful with arginine. Can make ED permanently worse. Read my prior posts.
