can i take pentox 400 mg 2 times per day and l arginine 2000 mg one time per day and cialis 5 mg one time per day together or its dangerous because i have read before that combination of this agents together can raises the nitric oxide to high levels and it can causes priapism
please help because i doubt that because when i was sleeping i have got hard erections while iam sleeping .

Your doses seem high. Have read many posts. Most people take 25mg Cialis/Viagra. That's my dose. I take 300mg pentoxifyllin twice daily. Have given up on l arganine. It had no effect for me, but I was taking big doses 3 times daily.
Was on these doses for about 12 months. Has no side effects but I'm only 1 sample.
Start on small doses. Work your way up.
Everyone's very different. Start with small doses, ideally of each separately, but really we can't afford to do an ideal science experiment on ourselves to isolate any one factor.
At this high dosage you are risking (IMHO) having a pripism or at the very least greatly lowering your blood pressure. And one has to question why?
Pentox is not effective for peyronies, according to latest research. Why bother? At least have Sudafed next to you.

Do not ever take Trimix, that will put you at risk of Piraprism. The combinations that you are doing are relatively safe
