I got this injury about 3 days ago. Pain is more painful sometimes than other times.
At what point is the lump supposed to show up if this is peyronies?
I cannot see any lump yet and I am not sure if the injury is to the erectile tissues that causes peyronies.
Is there a way to know if i have peyronies? So that i can start treatment asap
I got this injury after erect reverse kegel.
Hi
I cannot imagine how you have injured yourself by doing a reverse kegel.
Please elaborate on how you injured yourself? Were you having sex at the time then reversed kegel?

It's an erect reverse kegel. I guess I pushed too much
I already have hard flaccid so erections when standing is not good and there are muscular contractions during the erection. So i guess i forced my penis to get a full erect reverse kegel

See my comment above
No sex, just reverse kegel while erect.
I guess i pushed too hard.
There is a throbbing pain in my penis.
How easy is it to damage the erectile tissues that lead to peyronies?
Everyone is different. It depends on age, genetics, your overall health, and what type of injury/trauma to the penis. I believe nicotine usage also plays a role. Reversal kegeling while erect is something I've never heard or read about though.
I have never heard of doing any kind of kegel with such an injury. There is always a first time though. I would investigate things further if I were you. If you leave things alone it might heal up on it's own.
