What supplements can you take to prevent fibrosis / peyronie or new plaque formation? I am interesting about if exists some suplement which is good preventing peyronies or fibrosis. I mean any suplement to prevent, before you get peyronie, I mean to avoid it, before getting peyronie or fibrosis not after.
Any idea? I dont want more fibrosis in my penis I wanna avoid new injuries, any suplement would help in this?
Pentoxifylline and Cialis/Viagra are the main ones prescribed by Doctors. Other things you could add would be Coq-10, ALCAR, Calcium and L-Arginine. If you wanna go beyond the "normal" stuff you could also look into:
Losartan (decreases TGF-Beta)
Pirfenidone (decreases TGF-Beta)
Mildronate (increases VEGF)
Testosterone (can reverse fibrosis in some cases)
Estrogen-blockers (elevated Estrogen seems to be a large factor in Peyronie's plague formation)
Some more experimental stuff:
TB-500
BCP 157
HGH
You may also want to look into a ketogenic or low amylose diet to decrease inflammation. Cut out sugar and grains mainly.
That's a good list. I recommend CoQ10 the most, without a doubt.
If you are an otherwise healthy guy who didn't have Peyronies and had no family history of it, I wouldn't recommend needlessly taking supplements. That being said, CoQ10 appears to have many benefits for any man, especially one getting older, so that would be a good place to start.
Ginger extract might help also, pretty marked decrease in myostatin from the studies I have glanced at.
Vitamin K2 can help keep calcium from collecting in soft tissue. I would also add Magnesium to that list.
Magnesium, beet juice, vitamin d3, and distilled water.
My cocktail is:
Pentox 2x600 daily
Magnesium
Coq10
Acety L Carnitine
Gingko
Im streching with pennimaster pro as well. Not getting worse...small improvement...but going well.
Take care
Ubiquinol.
Traction device. Don't skimp on quality. Proper tension is key.
What is the amount of K2 and Magnesium you take?
