Most modern phones have this built in . Think its called blue light filter .
It is an interesting question. The dark mode is different than blue light blocker. Dark mode simply reverses light and dark to reduce the amount of total light a device puts out. Even dimming your monitor in light mode helps. As Cabby said, that is accomplished on your device. Apple refers to it in display settings as "Night Shift."
I use the chrome extension called "Dark reader". It's quite good.
