Title: Is Peyronies easily diagnosed?
Post by: Markyj on July 22, 2019, 09:22:13 PM
Is the diagnosis for mild cases of peyronies pretty straight forward and easily detected with a flaccid ultrasound and physical exam? Are there more tests that should be done if the ultrasound and physical do not find something?

Are there any sure tell signs that it is peyronies?  I don't have the pain or curvature but some ED and 2 hard lumps that are about 2 mm each that didn't show up in ultrasound

Some would argue that if you don't have curvature that you don't have peyronies. And finding lumps is not necessary a precursor to getting peyronies. There are other issues that can cause these.
