Even if scar tissue can be removed,what will replace it?im sorry but im interested in it becouse lot of treatmants aim at removing scar tissue but what will replace scar tissue?

Usually loss of fibrotic tissue is accompanied by replacement w healthy tissue.

it looks like also herbal compound 861 is an ALK1 inhibitor which exerts antifibrotic effects...
