I thought life couldn't get any worse, but my phone just fell on my erect penis. I'm getting tired of this crap.

Welcome aboard! You have a difficult case right here. I will try to make a detailed post as soon as I can hererun address some of the points you made.

Please try to stay calm and focused as it can be very hard emotionally to deal with this condition!

Are there any basic video instructions to PTT? Not device specific, just the general concept, and, er, generally where to put your penis.

Mike I am indeed worried about injuring myself from doing traction wrong. Frustration is that supposedly traction should be started ASAP but I need to save and get the PMP to be safe. Injury on top of Peyronies Disease due to incorrect traction would be devastating.

Would love to know this as well. How can Peyronies Disease be so common yet nobody talks about it. Even the many men who have it and suffer in silence. You would think it affects 0.01% of the male population.

In the active phase you have pain, inflammation and progression.
In the chronic phase most of the pain stops and you basically have a scar inside your penis.
Scar tissue (especially if you stretch it naturally with Tadalafil night time erections) can soften over time.

Imho it is important to accept that your penis will never be the same, but try to keep the hope up for natural/long term improvement.

Best wishes

Just discovered the Dr Trost section and his post about spontaneous improvement over years gave me some hope. There is a chance.

Though as you say, I must make peace with my penis and sex life in general never being the same as before Peyronies Disease. Even if I'm fortunate to be one of those with improvement over the years.

The active phase I'm in right now is psychologically challenging because it has kinda fast progression, which is alarming.

I wish some articles on Peyronies Disease would write it as succinct and concise as you did. So much confusion elsewhere.

Some guys swear by Pentox, as OP, but the more I have read about it the less I like its side effect profile. I would have enough to worry about with Tadalafil alone, let alone more hypotension and potential bleeding.

I read somewhere too that even Dr Trost is not generally writing Pentox anymore. So I guess I see it as one of those things to take when the first or second line hasn't worked.

When I first came to this forum I was desperate to take Pentox as it seemed like the miracle cure. Now thanks to OGs here I know probably more sensible to go with Tadalafil and Traction...

Thank the Lord this forum exists - I would have walked straight into the Cialis+Arginine combo without a thought. :/

I have used liferxpharmacy in the past, but not sure if you want the Indian Tadalafil. It's made by cipla so a reliable generics manufacturer, but again some people are uncomfortable with anything outside of US/Canada. I'll have to be happy with my cipla Tadalafil from there since prices in my own country for such medicines are obscene.

Introduce Yourself / Re: PLEASE HELP ME :(

Hello, brother! Welcome to the forum! I'm sorry you are facing such a situation.

To answer your questions:

1. Everyone's body is different, some people's condition can get worse, some people get better and some people gets stabilized over time.

2. There are a few studies where they say that the case was resolved, one was with some chemotherapy drug, the other study was with different antioxidants, etc.

3. Xiaflex is said to be a very good option.
Daily Tadalafil (Cialis) is also said to help people in this condition which is also beneficial if you have ED but don't take it if you have any blood pressure issues and definitely go the doctor first to make sure they are safe for you.
Surgery can also be great depending on your specific condition.
Traction therapy also works for many people but not for everyone.
Heat therapy is also helpful for many people.
Some folks here swear that a penile implant was the best decision they took regarding this condition.

Studies:

I would also suggest you to think again about taking Ashwagandha because it may be good for lowering down your cortisol but it can cause PSSD-like symptoms even in completely healthy men,  especially the KSM-66 crap.

Take care!

To every young man on this forum:

Dear brother, please do something meaningful with your life. Do everything you can to achieve success in this material world. Being pitiful over your condition will not be helpful to you in any way...

Believe me, if they find a miraculous cure to this crap in the near future (and there's always a possibility for that) then you may realize that your penis can be fine and fully functioning but your life is f'~c<+d now!

I'm not saying that you shouldn't do something about your condition. By all means try to get the best doctors and the best treatment possible out there but don't make your penis your life's "only" goal.

Study hard, work hard, earn money, get in great shape, make friends and enjoy life as much as you can!

Take care and keep your head high!
