The short answer is yes as they are sponsored, be wary of every website ending .com as these sites above all else are profit motivated, just be careful, nothing wrong with making a profit by the way  :)

But there are many that will take your money and only selling false hope. That is why it is the job of the moderators on this forum to not allow the posting of commercial links unless we are familiar with them.
