I'm having a real hard time sleeping due to numbness of my corpus spongiosum it's just hard to fall asleep does anyone know how to combat this problem?

I'm not 100% if my penis problem involves nerve damage but I had bad nerve damage in my arms and definitely made it hard to sleep
