Greetings guys,
First of all I want to thanks to the creator of the forum. (For the first time since 2 years I'm not feeling like a freak).

I am 28 and this disease is effecting my life in a extremely  bad way.
I red the whole forum and its great!

My questions are :
Can you help me with some advises please :( I'm planning to start taking CO-10,Lcarnetine and Arginine .
Can you tell traction device to buy and what kind of exercises i can do.

As from my knowledge ( I may be wrong) that L-Carnitine doesn't work the same as Acetyl-L-Carnitine which everybody is taking here...And with L-Arginine be aware that if you got the herpes virus it may come out so I also advice to take it with 500mg L-Lysine (Also, you might want to read more about L-Citrulline).
Concerning the traction device, I got a really good one from Germany-it's working base on vaccum...really easy to operate and very comfortable ( I don't know if it's allowed here to post the name of it, so if you want to know just message me)
Also, I started doing VED and it helps me tremendously (thanks again for your advices 'OldMan')...so I would consider adding it also.

MiniMe,
I don't know of a traction device that works with vacuum, only VEDs. These are both completely different devices. A traction device places tension laterally along the sides of the penis. While a VED decreases pressure around the penis thus creating a pressure pushing outward which can increase blood flow.

There are many brands of each type of device. Most of the traction devices are very similar with various ways of attaching the head of the penis into some kind of 'comfort' saddle.

There are some stretching devices that use a vacuum like attachment to grip the head of the penis and then attach to an elastic cord, that might be what he is referring to.

I know that MattFoley used the traction device skunkworks is mentioning very successfully.
I tried it also, but my glans became white in 10 minutes, I suppose because bad blood flow.

The big problem with those vacuum attachments is that proper traction tensions (1200-1800 grams of force) you will develop a pressure blister on the head of your penis in about 30 minutes. Kind of like a hickey I suppose.

Vac attachments are only really feasible for the low tension all day stretcher type devices that use an elastic band rather than spring loaded. And those devices do not have a lot of independent research behind them. They might be awesome, just there is no real evidence yet, just anecdotal.
