Hi all,
After much reading if this forum I purchased some pentox from River pharmacy online. It arrived today, but not in a box (just loose strips) and look like pretty cheap looking pink tablets with ATA embossed on them
To anyone who orders them this way, is this the way they normally arrive?

Yes, that's the way mine arrived as well. There's no reason to be concerned - they probably get them in massive quantities. Even US Pentox is pink, though a less glowing pink than the Indian stuff.

Got mine same as you and Nemo. They try to save on everything, including packing to keep the prices low.

Definitely fine. A lot of drugs in Indian are unit dose (meaning individually sealed) and that is the way they come. Teva is the most common generic I see in the US which is a white tablet but they are identical.
Teva is an Israeli company, not Indian.

Are you taking the Pentox with meal? It is a must.
What time at night you take it? I am not taking it after 6 PM.
What was the quantity you have taken? 400 mg or more?

I didn't really take it with a meal. It was one 400mg tablet. I took another one tonight after eating. From now on I'll take your advice and eat during a meal. Hopefully if I can tolerate one I can move to twice a day. I'm not keen on three a day. I will research the efficacy of having two and hopefully it will still be efficient even if not at max dose.
My cialis I am still taking 2.5 every evening
Q10 and arginine sporadically when I remember

Hey, James--How much of a meal is sufficient? Will just a little bit of food work?

On the plus side that is pretty much exactly what my brand name straight from the pharmacy down the street pentox does to me if I have it on an empty stomach.
Even the time release made me problems if taken not with food. Don't need a heavy meal, but I always include one slice of bred. Also potatoes, rice, pasta will do the job.
My first month Pentox was a disaster, as from the hospital I got not the slow release.

That's weird. I get my pentox from my local wegmans pharmacy.
They're white capsules.

Hello! I´m sorry about beeing new to all of this, but I am wondering how long you should take pentox? 6 months, 1 year? Is there any restrictions on how long it is supposed to be taken?

It is very individual. Pentox weakening the immune system. Some people are effected more, some less.
I stopped after 18 months because I was getting heavy flue every month and a half.
I will go back on it in the future.
