Hello guys,

I am a 26-year-old who got diagnosed with pretty aggressive Peyronies in February 2020 after rough sex. It took around 18 months for the condition to settle finally, and although I have hourglass deformity and multiple plaques, there is almost no pain, and the curvature is around 25 degrees (fine for sex).

Recently I got a girlfriend, and we had sex for the first time. During sex, I always remained vigilant to see if my erection was rigid enough to avoid any bending and possible damage. With that being said, I am pretty paranoid about having new plaques due to this encounter and decided to stop sex and see if there will be any symptoms in the next month.

Do you have any recommendations, or should I just continue having sex regardless?

It's ok to be scared, most people have that reaction. There is nothing wrong  with it having sex but your girlfriend should Definelty know so she knows to avoid doing anything that could injure you further. If you are really worried about always being rigid then I would take viagra in order to take the anxiety away. Also make sure you use a lot of lube to make things easier for you.

Once again, nothing wrong with sex, just be careful and have fun
