Hey man, I would continue the treatment that you are currently using, sometimes it takes a while to see improvements, and even if it doesn't improve there is a very good chance you are preventing it from getting worse. I would also try a traction device if you are able to purchase one, those have a proven record to help a lot.

I probably would not really recommend anything else, most people do traction, VED, and cialis and you already doing 2 of them and you talked to your doctor about the third. I would say try to get a second opinion on traction because it is really important in a lot of people's recovery. You can also try manual traction with your hand! Some people on this forum have done that and it helps them, it helped me a little with pain. A traction device is much better, but if unable to use traction with the hand can help as long as you go slow.

It is not as effective as using a traction device in more cases however it does not hurt to try and it can still help for sure! Just go slow and be careful so you do not cause more damage.
