Does VED just help the curve to straighten or does is also help with erection quality? I have problems with my erections. Without touching it i can't get a full erection. Does VED help the quality of erections so i can get an full solid erection if used enough?

VED improves penile health, it's not exactly for straightening. I'd say it's definitely worth a try for you.
Does it help with erections just while using it or does it help if continued used so the erections become better if i would sex and not use it just before intercourse?

VED therapy improves penile health over time and fill out dented areas.
Using the VED and a penis ring for intercourse is a different practice than "VED therapy."
I think VED therapy does help erections and ED. I noticed a difference after only a few sessions. It made my penis fill out better and feel less disjointed or segmented by the scar tissue. I would use it daily if it wasn't for a lymph injury! Be careful always.
