Title: reducing risk from BIMIX
Post by: MacMathuna on May 22, 2020, 03:34:09 PM
Hi all.

I'm getting a doppler ultrasound on Wednesday, and they induce erection via BIMIX injection.

I've hesitated to get this done until now because I was worried about BIMIX causing worsening of my peyronie's symptoms. But I'm going through with it because I want a clearer picture of what's going on and seems like BIMIX is only a problem vary rarely/ with repeat injections.

Anyway, I wondered if there are any steps I could take following my visit to reduce the chances of the BIMIX worsening my Peyronie's. I know I'm supposed to compress the injection site for 5 minutes after injection.

Just wondering if there's anything else I could do.

Should I take a break from VED following the test?

Maybe put some voltaren gel on it after and wrap for a little while with coflex. But not too tight.
