I'm seriously considering getting plication surgery along with the adult circumcision, my penis would look so good after and I would feel so much more confident. Although it currently works fine, I can have sex so this is technically cosmetic.....how much do girls actually care about this? its quite ugly in my opinion...but maybe I'm being an idiot?

It's not a deciding factor. Many guys have really ugly penises. My last girlfriend praised my penis from dawn till dusk because she thought it was beautiful, said she loved it. Beforehand every guy she had been with had a really ugly penis. I on the other hand had always problems with it, because the circumcision was so tight the skin used to tear and I had a lack of sensitivity.
And I don't like the look of the scar. I would never subject myself to surgery down there again (circ wasn't my choice). That is going to invite lots of trouble.

Circumcised or not is very much an issue of cosmetics.
Some woman prefers circumcised, some not.

I've had a congenital curve my whole life. It took me a long time to get used to it and accept it. Although I've had about 60 sexual partners, it never once came up. If a woman is attracted to you, she is attracted to you as a person. I don't know of any women who choose a man based on how his penis looks. If she likes you, it isn't going to matter much what is downstairs. I know that's hard to accept but believe me, it's true.
Regarding circumcision, I really don't think it matters much at all. Once you are erect, it can sometimes be difficult to even tell. And, you don't know what complications you might have. There's no going back once you do it and it's a lot of pain. I am circumcised, but wish I wasn't.
