Usually goes away on its own.  If continuing try diclofenac sodium gel or pentox.

I had a little pain from August until a couple weeks ago. Not too bad just dull every now and then. I'm on Cialis and Pentox now and the pain seems to have gone away.

In my 6 years journey into Peyronies Disease world pain comes and goes. Flare ups accompany stressful periods of life. I am meditation practitioner so it helps a lot too..

Everybody is different. My case of Peyronies was a textbook case. I had pain when I achieved an erection during the acute phase of the disease. Once the acute phase passed, I was still able to achieve an erection without any pain. The acute phase for me was probably 4-6 months.
