Alright, seems like i can live with this and solved most of my problems but one thing left is physical activities, how do i go about it?

I don't think you'll have any limitations on physical activities.

I don't see why you have to tell them, it's an issue that doesn't really have anything to do with your military service. What activity do you believe will injure you?
