Join nofap and start your journey. It is never too late but make sure to set your goals and follow accordingly. You need to reboot. Constant ultrasound examinations via injection, erection checking and masturbation will only worsen the situation more. Take it easy and let time heal the mind as well as the organ.

Dosent the penis need blood flow to heal though? What if the arteries are being blocked by plaque? Wouldn't erections helped with destroying plaque? Isn't that why urologist prescribe cialis?

Nofap isn't shown to be helpful in any medical studies that I know of.  Blood flow is healthy for the penis that's one reason daily low dose cialis is helpful as it can bring back nocturnal erections.  It also can help remodel plaque to healthy tissues.  Masturbation is generally considered helpful unless painful, then back off until no pain.
