Title: Traction Pain Question
Post by: uhm on July 31, 2021, 01:28:49 AM
After starting PMP a few days ago , last two nights I've woke up with painful erections.
I had painful erections in general about a month ago however they disappeared but seem to have return due to starting traction.

I am only doing a gentle stretch aswell.
Is this normal?

So how long are your traction sessions?  You should only start week one with about an hour each day then add time after each subsequent weeks.  Also you say you are using gentle and that is good.

Do you feel any pain or discomfort during the traction session?

UHM, I noticed you were selling the PMP.  What made you do this?  Did you feel it wasn't working?
