Title: Shrivelled penis after ved
Post by: olowshinenine on May 10, 2023, 07:41:23 AM
Does anyone get a shrivelled turtled penis after using ved? I follow the old man protocol on this board for ved. Not holding for long periods of time. However my penis always retracts after the ved doesn't seems to help the penis stay full after use.

You may be overdoing it without noticing. How long have you been doing VED for?

The first few weeks I experienced turtling, after I took it easy for a couple of weeks I upped it again and it was ok.

You're very new at VED then - turtling isn't an injury, it's just a message that you're overdoing it.

Rather than rest, maybe you could just dial it back a couple of notches to keep the blood flowing?

Okay thanks for clarifying. I guess the same is true for traction?
