Title: Getting married
Post by: Heyyou on February 20, 2021, 11:31:25 PM
My long story short
I had one stretch when I was doing MRI scan on my testcile because the doctor asked me to do it and since then my injury started
My symptoms now
Erections that only last if I have physical stimulation otherwise it will go away
Cannot get erections when standing up
Sometimes soft erections
Shape of my penuis changed completely flaccid and erected
The way it gets erected changed completely it bends on the left when semi erect
With all these symptoms can I get married?
I am soo depressed and sad of what happened but I am trying to live my life as suicide is not an option to me anymore because I cannot do it :(

There is no evidence or even theory that an MRI has the slightest effect on erections.  You would have Erectile Dysfunction without an MRI.

What are you doing currently and what have you tried?

We cannot tell how old you are or anything about you.  Please fill out your signature line.  https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,10819.0.html

If you need help just ask.

Mri was not the cause of this, the stretch the doctor asked me to do was the cause of my injury
I am 34 without any erect dysfunction history at all
All this started after the stretch I did
I am trying to coop now with what I have and trying to live my life
Hawk I really thank you soo much for building this forum from scratch it really helped me a lot to understand what is going on
I want the opinion of anyone who see this post to tell me if I can get married or not
I do not want to be embarrassed infront of my wife and lose my erections as this is what I can see happening now
Elections fades away if I do not have any physical stimulation

Heyyou,

I am sure there are things you can do that will help, but it is important to know why this is happening.  I need to ask a few questions that you have not explained.  Be patient.  Once we understand better, we will help you with some recommendations.

Stress over Peyronies Disease, ED, marriage, school, or anything else can cause ED. Adrenalin actually blocks the process that makes erections happen.

1. Do you have any bend, large dents, or deformities when totally erect?
2. What kind of Dr. diagnosed you with Peyronies Disease, and what did he say about it?
3. Did you have an injury that caused it?
4. You mentioned stretching.  Do you mean stretching by hand?   When did you start that?
5. If you relax and think about a sex fantasy or watch porn, can you get an erection? How much of one?

Thank you Hawk for ur reply
I have bend only when semi erect to the left
None of the doctors I went to diagnose me with peyrones all what they said wait and see and one of them when he saw the pics of my erect penis he said I am fine
Yes the injury happened when I stretched my penis to so mri scan
I can get erections but if I leave the physical stimulation it goes away, however if I continue the physical stimulation I can ejculate
I cannot get erections when starting up

If I leave physical stimulation my erection starts going away within seconds too but I never thought of this as ED. I am able to get a full erection with manual stimulation. So either it's normal or we both have ED.

!. I don't understand why you had to stretch your penis while having an MRI of your testicles.  I would like to know more about how hard you stretched and for how long.  Did it feel like you injured your penis at the time you stretched it?

2. Why were you getting an MRI of your testicles?

3. Do you get Night TIme Erections (NTE's)

I would immediately go ahead and make an appointment with a GOOD urologist to discuss the ED and ask for a Doppler Ultrasound. AND, immediately start L-Arginine 1500 MG twice a day.  Once before bed and once after breakfast or lunch.  Gentle VED should help.  There are other supplements that help ED.  if things do not improve I would also ask my doctor for Cialis Daily.

The doctor asked me to pull and stretch my penis up
I did not feel I injured myself but the stretch was to the maximum
I felt I had slight pain in my tecsticle so I thought to check it out
Sometimes yea I get them but they are not strong as before they feel more rubbery

Which answer do you expect? We all suffer from Peyronies Disease and some from ED, but there is no cure and everyone have to try different treatments, because the cause of Peyronies Disease is unknown.

Yes, you can marry with Peyronies Disease, why not?

I would really appreciate if you answer with an empathy way
What if I got married and then I loses my erections infront of my wife that will be really embarrassing

I just told you the truth.

Losing an erection can be normal, because of psychological or physical reasons.

HeyYou,

There is no way to know if you will ever lose an erection with your wife.  We cannot even know if you will ever get an erection with your wife.  I think if you have trouble getting erections before marriage that there is a good chance marriage will not change that.  So, the problem is to work on a solution that works now and take that solution into your marriage.

I went to a lot of doctors urologists and androligsts and all of them said I do not have anything
Once they see my erect penis pic they say you can get married
No medecations were given to me
Sometimes I get NTE but it feels rubbery than before
I do not know if I will be able to perform after marriage or not
I lost my confidence

I guess, it's a problem of your mental attitude.

"...able to perform after marriage..."

Your description of your symptoms doesn't sound like Peyronies Disease for me and your problem with your errections seems to be only psychological.

"If I leave physical stimulation my erection starts going away within seconds..."

It's a huge difference - in my opinion - between stimulating yourself and being stimulated by a woman. If you don't have plaque, painful errections and/or curvature of your errected penis, I don't believe, you habe Peyronies Disease.

Notle
Thank you for ur reply
The symptoms I had after the injury were
Hourglass
Painful erections
Soft erections unable to get hard at all
Swollen
The whole penuis was purple color
That was 10 months ago
Now these are my symptoms
It might not be peyrones yes but it is some kind of erectile dysfunction because I was not like that before
I can see a lot of people here are trying lots of medecations but I did not take one pill to resolve this
Am I over stressing because I can see the shape and the structure of my penuis has changed
Or I really have some kind of venous leak which loses my erections straight away
Title: Re: Getting married

Get yourself a penile Doppler test to rule out Ed/ venous leak. If you do indeed have a venous leak, worst case ( or best  :D ) you end up with penis implant.

A venous leak is treatable without implant. Maybe you have chosen the implant, but it's not the first choice of serious doctors.

I do not want to go for implant guys
What is the treatment for venous leak if I have it

In Germany the doctors glue the veins from the inside.

Not sure if you have realized, but there is no cure for ED unless it's psychogenic. You Can manage it, but not cure it. What medications have you tried?

I think, it's just a psychological problem with your ED or the docs, you've visited, are crap.

Well, i understand it's very frustrating that your doctors don't listen to you but you can definitely take cialis and or viagra and experiment on your own. You can also combine it with L-arginine. These are safe, proven medications that everybody that HAS ed is prescribed. Even your GP will be able to get you them. Try it out.

One question
If u can maintain erection for masterbation then you will
Be able to maintain erection for sex?
Title: Re: Getting married
Post by: Hawk on February 28, 2021, 11:05:43 PM
Certainly if you have the physical ability to keep an erection for masturbation than you can maintain one through intercourse.  The only problem could be psychological from stress, anxiety, or fear.

So if someone says I cannot maintain erection for sex that means they lose it while it is inside the vigina
Title: Re: Getting married
Post by: Hawk on March 01, 2021, 08:49:10 AM
HeyYou, I am going to explain this the best I can.

There are all types of sexual dysfunction, including premature ejaculation resulting in a loss of erection.  There are men who cannot get an erection to initiate sex. There are men who can get an erection during foreplay but lose it when foreplay stops before they can insert it in the vagina.  There are some men who, after they penetrate, will lose an erection if they stop for an instant to shift position or change to another position.

All of these can be caused by psychological Erectile Dysfunction because fear, stress, and anxiety cause a loss of mental stimulation AND a production of the stress chemical adrenalin.  Adrenalin binds to the same nerve receptors that nitric oxide (NO) binds to.  This stops erections because (NO) is the principal-agent responsible for relaxation of penile smooth muscle that allows the arteries to supply a large blood flow.

Most of these Erectile Dysfunction patterns can also be caused by physical causes of Erectile Dysfunction, such as venous leakage.  If you only ever get soft rather than rock hard erections, then anything that interrupts the process such as stress (adrenalin), pause in physical stimulation, interruption of psychological stimulation. Etc can decrease an erection that is already borderline.  If that happens, it often can become a cycle of even more stress, with more loss of erection.

If you at times get rock-hard erections when awake, then you do not have physical Erectile Dysfunction.  If you never get rock-hard erections when awake, then it could be either physical or psychological Erectile Dysfunction.  It could even be a little of both.  Only a doppler imaging test of your penis after injection can make a positive diagnosis of venous leak.

One thing that helps with venous leak (or even psychological Erectile Dysfunction) is a constriction ring, band, or noose around the base of the penis that constricts the base of the penis.  They reduce the amount of blood that can leave the penis through the veins.  First, you have to get an erection either naturally or with a VED, then place the "cock ring" on the penis.

Hi Hawk,
Thanks for ur reply
Let me tell you what is happening now with me
If I stand on my knees on the bed I sometimes loses the erections quickly, however sometimes I do not lose them
Also when I stand up I can lose it quickly however sometimes I can keep it
My question here is all this happened to me after the injury before I was performing well and had nothing whatsoever
2 doctors told me the reason why it is happening because you are not fully stimulated by a woman
What do you think?
Title: Re: Getting married
Post by: Hawk on April 17, 2021, 08:16:34 AM
It is fairly common knowledge that it is more difficult to get an erection standing.  If you are not changing some oral supplement or medication and it is sometimes happening and not other times, it is not likely that sometimes you have physical ED and sometimes you don't.  It would seem likely it is mental/psychological, meaning a lack of mental stimulation or the presence of stress or anxiety.
