 Hey Everyone

I Am 24 years. I had already diagnosed Peyronie disease for a year. I took a lot of oral drugs. I felt comfortable until the last Friday night. I had a sex then she was on the top. My penis slipped her pelvic. Then I feel pain I stopped for 5 minutes. Then we continued sex. But after these days I had a flaccid pain in my penis. Erection and shape normal. I am so scared. I do not wanna face this kind of problem again. What can I do?
Diagnosed June 2019

Oral Treatment: Colcihine, pentox, Arginine, Ginger Root, planned to start 5mg Cialis

Symptoms: Pain and %25degree curvature, intercourse possible without problem, sometimes ED

Well, I would suggest not letting the Girl to get on top would be the first take, reducing casual sex and having sex in the missionary position.
Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.

Load up on anti-inflammatories. You can take some of them orally.
(I personally would do transdermals but it's not easy to aquire and do - see signature)

Of course rest your penis(!), no sex and masturbation, but ensure some healthy blood circulation.

Cesur, Hopefully you've dodged  a bullet and won't have any worsening.  The only thing I would worry about is not damaging your penis, that particular intercourse position is quite risky.  No need to avoid sex unless it causes pain.  Pentox can help w pain in acute phase.    Oral anti-inflammatories and also voltaren gel applied to your penis.  Have you read the survival guide?  https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057
