Title: Does tadalafil increase orgasm pleasure and intensity ?
Post by: GaussRifle on April 25, 2022, 05:52:34 PM
When I take cialis/tadalafil and if I orgasm, my penis is much harder with a nice big glans engorgment. On orgasming, I feel much much more pleasure than when I don't take cialis. Is it because stronger erections result in better orgasm or is the medicine doing something else ?

No clue.  That is not my experience in the least.  I have more intense organs now than ever in my life and they have always been intense.  Right after I had prostate surgery I had total Erectile Dysfunction and had a few orgasms with a flaccid penis that were very intense.  I theorized the nerves we inflamed or hypersensitive.

For the first 54 years of my life, I had rock-hard erections.  I had nearly a decade of various quality, assisted erections (VED, Viagra, etc).  I never noticed erection intensity being associated with the degree of erection or any Erectile Dysfunction drug and I used them all.

 Hi Gauss.
I'm on Cilalis for last 4 months and never felt so horny other than when I was a teenager.
I reckon being constantly aroused leeds to more intense sensation from orgasm

Thanks for the reply Hawk and Jamesblue.  It seems there is no general consensus from your own individual accounts. I notice I get horny after taking tadalfil too, but I think it's got to do with increased blood flow to the penis.

This is why I'm suspecting , with lower blood flow due to ED, guys get lower libido in addition to a non usable penis then they just avoid sex. It's like a catch 22 situation. Losing good blood to penis makes you lose not just your ercetion but also a drop in your sex drive and then due to lower sex drive you anyways don't have the possibility of getting good erections.

I took tadalfil one day yesterday after months of quitting it and felt ecstatic. I had forgotten what a
good blood flow to the penis felt like. A huge glans that was red and hot !  That feeling of blood rushing and being completely hard  is amazing.
