Can you masturbate if you have severe erectile dysfunction?
If this is a serious question, I would have to say that the only thing you need to masturbate is a penis and a hand.
It is not necessary to have an erection to feel sexual pleasure or even to achieve orgasm.
If someone already has severe ED, he certainly has nothing to lose in trying to jerk off. Go ahead.
