Title: VED Lubricant Recommendation?
Post by: Dorian on August 02, 2021, 08:22:33 PM
Hello,

I'm running low on the tube supplied with my Soma device. I'm looking to order from Amazon only. As such, any recommendations?

I see a million search results there but I'm picturing the oily liquid type lube I've seen in the past (for actual sex) which I can't imagine would work well for a VED seal.

Thanks,
Dorian

Hi , I started using Lubido which is so much cheaper than tje big brands and comes in a great dispenser. It seems to rinse away so much easier than the regular brands too. Not sure if you can get it in the US though  :-\

Dorian:

I would say that any good quality of any personal water soluble lubricant would be sufficient. The Walmart Equate brand of water soluble personal lubricant has good quality and works great for me. Other brands have a greater cost. Just make sure that the brand that you choose is WATER SOLUBLE. Any petroleum based lube is very difficult to clean up after using.
