Title: thoughts on stretching in active vs chronic stage
Post by: mrmiyagi on January 01, 2020, 12:26:51 PM
Seen some discussion that guys think stretching in active phase could be bad. I think I disagree. You do want to wait for the original injury to heal before stretching, but past that I think stretching helps when it's just the peyronies aftermath. When I used to stretch I would feel immediate improvement in flaccid hang. But now years later I am assuming i have gotten more fibrotic / calcified and stretching seems to be more of a longer-term hope because the tissue is harder to remodel now. Just my own personal experience and theory. I could be wrong.

Your thoughts seem to be the general consensus...the sooner you hit peyronies w physical treatments (and others) the better!

Unfortunately I'm now wondering if stretching is just aggravating me more. Is it too late to try pentox?

Don't see it like that, man. Go get Pentox, the side effects are not bad enough to skip out on it.
My initial injury healed after 2 months... hard flaccid went away permanently then but ofc Peyronie's was a reality and still is. Small upwards curve and pretty solid immobility in erect state.
But Pentox helps me, definitely.
Try every treatment you can, legally speaking, it's always worth a shot.
God bless you
