Title: Hourglass deformity and manual erection
Post by: nofear on February 01, 2018, 09:10:44 AM
Are manual erections for 15 minutes only day not useful? It seems to improve the same deformity. Is VED stronger than a blood supply? I have an hourglass deformity.

It's definitely good, but VED may help too

VED is good for hourglassing but in my case traction did wonders. Some days all I can do is 15 minutes or a second long stretches or holds while in the bathroom or shower. Even this is enough to give me results and keeps things less rigid and more elastic and normal looking.

VED draws the blood into deeper tissues. Therapeutic.
