I have had peyronies for +/- 6 months. Noticed small indentation.
Went to see first (private) urologist in Oct. 21. Confirmed peyronie diagnosis. Gave me prescription for Cialis 5mg/day and some literature on traction and VED devices. Very reticent to tale Cialis and did not start traction/VED.
Peyronies has progressed linearly. This has had psychological effect and decreased my libido and interest in sex. Erection has decreased in strength.
Went to see second urologist in April. 22. Prescribed Trental (Pentoxifylline).
I have gotten over my procrastination and intend to start oral Trental oral therapy tomorrow. Not sure about the Cialis.
I would appreciate any suggestions about best manual treatment: VED vs Traction given my hourglass/indentation condition.
