Title: PMP - how tight?
Post by: markdubby on March 09, 2021, 06:25:47 AM
Hi all

ive been trying a few different combinations with the PMP sluice and diaphragm. i've noticed that the blue sluice with blue diaphragm gives a comfy fit, but eventually my penis slips out, especially at higher tensions.

the yellow sluice is a fair bit tighter, and the penis doesn't slip out, but after 2-3 hour sessions there are some marks on the penis and the glans ridge is a bit distorted (no pain at any stage though). this all disappears within a some minutes/hours but am wondering: can this lead to permanent damage to the penis? is a comfier fit (blue sluice) better for long hour/long term usage in term of overall long term penile health?

thanks!

Did you ever get responses to this post via private messages? If so, I would be interested to hear them / what you decided to do about these valid penile health concerns.
