Anyone have insomnia because of numbness or pain? How do you get to sleep?

I have insomnia indirectly because of pain and numbness. The symptoms aren't bad enough to bother me at all (I did have times where the sharp pain was more frequent), but the psychological torture and anxiety associated with seeing my once boringly average dick turn into something more resembling a scared turtle makes it hard to sleep at night. I personally don't deal with it that well and all I can do is work out during the day so I feel a bit more tired at night. But what really helps for me is smoking weed and using diazepam. I wouldn't advice it to others though, since my depression isn't getting any better at all, I just use on and off to suppress my depression and the scary outbursts of anger associated with it. I don't know how others deal with this, but for me drugging myself down feels like the only way not to be a total bitter a$$hole destroying stuff and being abusive to others. I always overthink. Weed and valium make me dumb enough not to give a crap, look in the mirror and kind of laugh about this ridiculous situation instead of going crazy wanting to take revenge on this f'~c<+d up life.

Oh and a more practical advice would be to sleep on your back. I do this all the time and don't wear underwear just to make sure the rubbing won't cause more damage.

yeah, its extremely hard for me to go to sleep. I recently just had a cystoscopy a month ago and now im getting retrograde ejaculation and when i urinate after masturbation my urine sprays everywhere. It's very stressful. i thought it was just going to be a routine procedure, but now im having this piss problem too, to go along with my hard flaccid numbness. I have so much stress in my life recently since i have a baby on the way, and a new fulltime job to start, which i don't want to F~@< up. It just makes everything worse when i cant get to sleep on time and wake up early enough. Maybe, i should get a prescription for valium as well.

I hate preaching the same old thing, but how is your numbness after a full day (24 hours) of fasting or zero carbs? My numbness is completely gone now, as well as retrograde ejaculation and pain after 1.5 years or so on keto.

hey neo, first off i wanted to let you know that i have been watching your videos and its interesting stuff especially your hands on traction video. doesn't really work for me because when i tried it i started peeing everywhere like crazy when i was urinating and i did have retrograde ejaculation when masturbating, i stopped doing that, lol. i have fasted before and my numbness doesn't really change. My diet doesn't really change my numbness. i just bought 10mg cialis from riverpharmacy so im gonna try cutting that in to 5mg, and take daily. i came across a user that used to be on this forum his name was forester it seems like he had the same issue with me. He took pentox and did verapamil injections and i guess it helped but he did say he had numbness for 2 years. he was only on the forum for 1 year and i guess his condition got better whether it was through nerve regeneration over time or, whether it was the breaking the plaque with verapamil injections that was impinging his nerves...idk. But i did message my uro asking if he thinks getting verapamil injections would help my numbness.

so my plan is to start taking 5mg daily cialis, and wait for the uro to get back to me to see if verapamil injections are a good idea.

do you think 5mg cialis daily is a bit too much? i dont have bad ED but it does take a bit longer to get erect and it is a little harder to hold erections.

5mg is ok as Low dose daily cialis.  Also, consider pentox and traction/VED.  Doc will probably recommend xiaflex rather than verapramil as the only FDA approved treatment.  If you can't affors xiaflex you may want to give verapramil a try.  Diclofenac sodium gel can help with pain also.  Google sleep hygiene for insomnia techniques. Cannabis high in cbd's May also help but try to avoid diazepam (Valium) as highly addictive and becomes ineffective w regular use.

You could try Trazodone at low dosages for insomnia; it should be helpful for NTE too.

You should buy online zopiclone (http://www.onlinepillsshop.net/product/zopiclone) to overcome insomnia. Zopiclone works really well to get peaceful and relaxing sleep all night.

Be careful, unlike trazadone the "Z drugs" are considered addicting and recommended only short term fir a week or two.  Also, try to address the pain directly such as with pentox, diclofenac sodium gel or even ibuprofen.

Maybe someone has the same problem like me: I can`t fall asleep at night. Began long ago, in the afternoon I go sleepy. Slept with the help of tablets worldpharm365.com (https://worldpharm365.com/product/etizolam-etilaam-etizest-1mg-buy-with-bitcoin/). Then everything came to normal, now the same trouble here again =(( Can`t sleep and the pill didn`t help. What should I do? Is it enough to just change drugs? Maybe that`s because I became addictive to one I`m using at the moment, and the other will start to help?

I have the same problem with sleep since the event of my peyronie and this has become one of my biggest problems to date. Although I have already made use of various medications for insomnia and depression, I have never improved these two, especially sleep. My feelings are the same ones described by Popopo in his comment.

Anxiety, Depression or stress are dangerous issues for mental health. You need to treat this disorder during this situation. So, there are many medications that are used to treat these kinds of disorders. I had the same problem before few days. Then I decided to buy Etizolam (https://www.smartfinil.com/product/buy-etizolam/) online after taking my pharmacist's advice. Now, I have treated me that disorder without any other effect.

modafinil (https://www.rxshopmd.com/products/antinarcoleptic/buy-modafinil-modalert/) helps me to sleep well. I started to use it because of my shift work sleep disorder. The important thing with every medication is the right dose, so if you decide to use it -- I recommend you to visit your doctor first. Otherwise, side effects may bring you more problems than you think.

Have you tried alpha lipoic acid for neuropathic pain?
