Night might cause heavy anxiety and arrythmia. Never take it at night. Take it at like 6 pm so that blood levels stabilize before you sleep.

Those are short term effects that i felt after taking it, it only happens during peak plasma times like 1-2 hours after i take the drug. In any case it happens to be that the drug's effects are perfectly ok for at least 12 hours after consumption so the time you take doesn't matter.
Hontas, One individual patients experience cannot be generalized to all.
If you're taking Tadalafil daily, it should be taken at the same time each day. What time that is really doesn't matter.
I am new to this drug... just having filled.... RX to take 2X per day.. I assume with breakfast and dinnner.... is this going to make me sick to my stomach? What are the usual side effects?
I've been taking it at night time. Other users have said that it's to promote blood flow and night time erections, and your body is healing while sleeping. That makes sense to me.

Yea I never had any issues taking cialis on an empty stomach.
Cialis has much milder side effects compared to viagra. I had much more sinus issues and sort of migraine like headaches when I took viagra(erections were rock hard though, almost painful actually)
I had sinus issues and headaches with cialis at first(much milder compared to viagra), but my body adjusted to it very very quickly. I don't get any side effects at all now.
Also, I wouldn't take it twice a day. It has a pretty long half-life and stays in your blood for quite a bit. I'd suggest taking it once per night or as needed for sex.
