Title: Has anyone had an injury that didn’t result in a new curve or plaque ?
Post by: diehardpatriot on January 14, 2018, 01:11:12 PM
I got a new injury 5 days ago. My gf pants me while I had an erection. I've had a slight ache ever since. I take pentox and coq01. Pentox twice a day as well as 400 mg of coq10 a day. I didn't have any bruising and idk if I should go to urgent care Bc Idk if they'll do an ultra sound or an mri. Or if they even have the capability to diagnose a penis injury if it's not obvious. Anyway, I'm super anxious as I don't want this to develop into a plaque and a new bend and pain. Anything else I can do to prevent a new plaque ?

Still go to hospital man, as fast as you can, there have been documented repairs even after 48 hours, but be quick about it and don't post about it on forums but go go, to another uro if you have

Late Delayed Repair of Fractured Penis - Naraynsingh - 2013 - Journal of Andrology - Wiley Online Library (http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.2164/jandrol.109.008268/pdf)

Here's one of documented papers, go as fast as you can, i never stopped regreting that i didn't go to ER

^^^ thank you for that article. I'm going to the hospital actually rn. Getting ready. Hopefully I didn't fracture anything and it was just micro trauma. But if I did, I hope they can fix me up the same way they didn't that dude from the article. I don't want to be devolved . I'll update this post after my doctor visit

Let it rest, consider ice, or heat, and lower insulin levels to allow for proper healing. I have had injuries that did not result in more deformity, but usually it did. I know guys who don't seem to be prone to the disease who bash up their dicks and DO NOT get the disease, but I would assume you are never safe.

Genetics, insulin resistance, epigenetics, it's all very complex and nobody is safe. That said, do what you can and carry on!

Hey mk mike. It's been a full month since injury. They didn't do crap for Me. Eventually the pain at the base went away and I had a new pain on top of my penis where I previously had an indentation. I went to see doctor Goldstein and after he took my stretched flaccid length and felt for plaques I became sore at the base again. It's been two weeks since then and still mildly sore. I can get erections. But not very strong and the longer I hold them I get sore after. I'm pretty worried. I'm still taking pentox coq10 and I added bromelain, fish oil, and arginine. I'm gonna see Gelbard next month to see Wtf is wrong. Hopefully I just hurt my ligaments and I don't have nonjury to the actual penis body. Im Gonna try to get cialis next time for my already existing peyronies on top of this new injury. I'm only 17 man, this sucks. It's valentined today and I can't even smash my girl cause I'm on a one month abstaining break Bc I get sore after sex
